1. Introduction

Welcome to Odogwu Aura ("we", "us", or "our"). By browsing the catalog, creating an account, or placing an order on this storefront (odogwuaura.shop), you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate details: full name, email, and phone where requested.
Login is by email and password. Keep your password and optional 2FA codes confidential.
You may save a doorstep delivery address and a wishlist for faster checkout. You are responsible for keeping those details current.
Do not share or sell account access. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

3. Orders and payments

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Order totals are calculated server-side in kobo.
Primary payment is via Paystack (card, bank transfer, and other rails they offer). An optional desk bank transfer may appear when published by the store.
Coupon codes apply as checkout discounts when shown. Store credit from approved refunds is account balance for staff-applied adjustments — it is not auto-spent at checkout.
Stock is reserved while payment is pending and may be released if payment expires or fails.
An order is paid only after our systems confirm payment success (verification / webhook). A bank transfer reference alone is not confirmation until verified.

4. Delivery

We fulfil across Nigeria using doorstep delivery or terminal hub pickup when those options are enabled. For doorstep you must provide a reachable phone (WhatsApp preferred), street, nearest landmark, city, and state. For hub pickup you select a published hub.

High-value handoffs use a 4-digit delivery PIN shown on Track Order when the order is out for delivery or ready for pickup. Share the PIN only with the rider or hub agent at handoff. Free doorstep may apply above a published order threshold, depending on zone.

5. Returns and exchanges

Return eligibility depends on product category. Fashion may allow size exchanges when marked returnable. Sealed toys and hygiene or personal-care goods may be non-returnable except for verified defects. Approved returns follow our RMA process; refunds (when applicable) go to the original payment method or store credit as we specify for that case.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the storefront for fraud, payment abuse, inventory gaming, scraping that harms the service, or attempts to bypass checkout, pricing, or security controls.

7. Limitation of liability

Odogwu Aura is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from courier delays outside our control, incorrect delivery details you provide, third-party payment or network outages, or unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Nigerian law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the storefront after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
