Use Track Order with your order number and checkout phone. You do not need to sign in.
After payment succeeds, your 4-digit delivery PIN appears on Track Order when the order is out for delivery (doorstep) or marked ready for pickup (hub). Share it only at handoff.
Return windows depend on category. Fashion often allows size exchanges. Unsealed toys or hygiene goods may be non-returnable. Start a request from your order or contact support.
Orders above NGN 75,000 may qualify for free doorstep delivery (Lagos / interstate fee rules apply at checkout).
